Sports are highly visible in today’s society. All over the place new initiatives are being developed to involve, integrate, stimulate and unite people. Despite all efforts, initiatives fail because of lack of structure, experience, or resources.

Based on almost 20 years of international business development experience in the supply chain industry I know what it requires to kick-start a new initiative. Since mid 2013 I use my skills in bid, account and commercial management supporting organisations developing new initiatives in the sports industry.

Amongst others I manage the commercial portfolio of the ADO Den Haag Women’s teams. Amomgst others, this led to a nomination for a SponsorRing (award for an outstanding sponsorshipcase) in October 2016.

Also, for ADO Den Haag Vrouwen I was event manager for the World Cup play-off final between Holland and Italy in November 2014 and the Switserland – Holland match in March 2 in the Kyocera Stadium as part of the Olympic Qulification Tournament and project managed to KNVB women’s cup finals.

Since mid 2015 I’m also involved in developing commercial propositions for (inter)national prospects for the ADO Den Haag Men’s team. With the new Chinese shareholder (the sport marketing agency United Vansen) the international dimension and complexity has grown offering new opportunities. In that capacity I’m also host on match days in the China VIP Lounge.
